I have been coming to this location since they opened. I always come after Church on Sundays. I pass 3 Starbucks before I arrive to this location. This Sunday - the entire Team was silent, no greetings. Maybe something happened before I arrived, it was very uncomfortable. When I said "Good Morning" - I received a rude "I will be right with you". I was the only person in line. Opened less than a year - what happened to the beautiful Customer Service.
💚🤍My absolute favorite Starbucks — hands down! Santos and his incredible crew here in Missouri City are truly one of a kind. Half the team already knows my weekday morning order and greets me with the biggest smiles — it’s the perfect start to my day! Carrie always reminds me of my days working at Disneyland Anaheim — her joyful smile and kind presence bring a little extra sunshine every morning. Silvia adds so much warmth with her thoughtful messages on my venti Matcha Frappuccino — I look forward to seeing what sweet surprise note she’ll leave next! And A’leah — she saw me coming, started my order, and even reminded me of the item I forgot to mention! Talk about above and beyond! This team is simply outstanding. Thank you, Santos and crew, for making every visit such a bright spot in my day — and I know so many others here in Sienna feel the same way! 🤍💚
You’ve never been to a better Starbucks, period. Beverage quality was perfect. Not only were the beans freshly ground and brewed, a young man came and checked on me to refill my coffee. I grabbed a bag of beans to go, and they were ground fresh for me upon request. Can’t wait to brew at home. Everything on the shelves was lined up like a showroom, and the place was packed with road warriors clanking away at their daily work and studies, telling me this was THE spot. Fast WiFi and plenty of plugs. The thing that I noticed set this place apart was the kindness of the servers and the cleanliness. A young man that I can only assume was a manager (because I saw him interviewing somebody) was tending to his team and keeping them smiling as he reset chairs/tables and wiped things down along the way. I noticed couple of oddly vague 1 Star reviews mentioning another coffee shop but offering little substance. Reads like sour grapes from fans or employees of the other spot. Super weird. Never seen another Starbucks like this. *Terminator voice* I’ll be back!
